Integrasi Transit Jakarta focuses on work plan in the initial phase (2020-2030) by executing area development. It includes the implementation of intensive spatial distribution process, use of assets, and structure of providing affordable housing.
On the same occasion, Board of Directors and Commissioners of PT. Integrasi Transit Jakarta also signed Corporate Governance, Commitment to Anti-Bribery System, Risk Control Management System, and Reporting System Alleged Violation.
For information, the company was founded and has obtained legal entity status on October 6, 2020 based on the Deed of Establishment No. 18 on October 6, 2020 and has obtained legal entity approval from Law and Human Rights Ministry.
